RGP in Massachusetts: Contact, Communication, Community
July 31 - Aug 3, 2025
We develop in relationship and our ability to relate to ourselves and each other in satisfying ways. We must be able to use our capacities to be self-aware, curious and open to each other’s experience and viewpoint, as well as having the skills to communicate effectively.
This workshop focuses on increasing your self-awareness and supporting your learning through direct, present-centered experience and respectful exchange with others.
Relational Gestalt Practice involves the awareness of body, breath, sensation, mood, emotions, thoughts, memories, and images. Group time will include a mixture of teaching and experiential practice. There will be time for some participants to experience one-to-one Open Seat practice sessions with Dorothy with the support of the group.
