Awareness, Imagery & Creativity
co-led by Dorothy Charles and Christina Dauenhauer
June 1-3, 2018
One of the values in gestalt is to express yourself in terms of what you want, think and feel. During this weekend, you will have the opportunity to come into contact with your own individual inspiration and expression through Relational Gestalt Practice and art-making. You will have time to slow down, become present and engage your creativity, while connecting with yourself and others.
The workshop will use writing, collage and photography in our creative exploration and our experimentation will be about the journey, process and play. Working independently, in dyads and in small groups, you will be able to delve into and have the opportunity to expand your creative capacity and discover new insights about yourself.
All levels of artistic experience are welcome. Please bring a journal, your favorite pen, camera or phone camera, and any imagery or art materials that interest you. The leaders will provide basic supplies, tools and printers. You will receive more details regarding schedule and supplies after registering.
